  Very relaxing massages. I try to go for a weekly massage and use my health insurance rebates. I have used two massage therapists here, and both are amazingly skilled and highly trained, very professional and very friendly and courteous. They have great knowledge of remedial massage, and will relieve any areas of pain. It’s wonderful at the end of a long work week. There is plenty of parking right near the entrance- wonderful bonus! Highly recommended!

  Can't give a more positive review, I've been going here every other week for 3 years, the girls are so friendly and professional. They look after me so well. The prices are great and they have HICAPS. Would recommend to anyone!

  Reported them 2 years ago for not changing towels or covers on the beds. They received got checked out received a warning under H&S regulations.
  Went yesterday and they've reverted back to not changing covers or towels. So we're all sharing sweat and germs. ...

  Massage was excellent, staff are polite and great value for money. They have private health rebates too. Lots of undercover car spaces available right outside. Definitely coming back.

  I have been here twice for eyebrow tinting and waxing, and to have my eyelashes tinted also. Both girls are lovely and feel genuinely friendly. The place is always clean and has an amazing atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work girls :).

  I've had a few great cut and colours from Serenity and I'm really happy with the service. Both stylists were able to explain what needed to happen (I went from dark to light and back again), offered excellent advice on colours and looks, made sure I understood how to maintain it, and also gave me a great cut for my very difficult curly hair.
  
  However. I brought my 7 year old daughter in who wanted to go from shoulder length to pixie cut, with a couple of tiny pink/purple highlights. The experience was good, the cut looks FANTASTIC, but now she can't pass a reflective surface without stopping, squealing, and demanding everyone in the vicinity confirm how damn cute she is. How do I stop this?

  These two ladies are wonderful! They are patient, caring and considerate. They tailor to your needs and always know how to have a good conversation. I have had my hair coloured and cut by them, and I am never disappointed. They even did an undercut on the nape of my neck for me to help with my skin condition (psoriasis), and I am very grateful to them for doing it for me. All in all, these two are a great professional and passionate duo!

  I am so disappointed that this company will not honour my $100 gift voucher when it is only a week or so out of date when they were closed 1/3 of the time it was active due to COVID. I tried to make an appointment since April, I sent them 6 messages and they were either not doing piercings at the time/not taking on new clients, then they ended up stopping doing piercings altogether. Unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Poor customer service. They are also incredibly slow to respond to Facebook messages.
