We have never had a pool before so we got poolwerx in to show us how to maintain and operate the pool equipment. They did a great job and had excellent service. I paid my bill instore and grabbed an extra bag of salt and service there was excellent. Great work poolwerx! Highly recommend!!

He had us scheduled in to fix the issue a couple of days later, with the part on-hand. Ian came out promptly on the expected morning, replaced the component with no issues, explaining how the old part failed. Both Ian and Dwayne were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them anytime.

Recently had to replace the 20 year old sand filter. Technician came out a week prior and gave me info. And filter opinions. Technicians had the new filter installed and the old one taken away within a week. Excellent customer service.
