From the moment I stepped in the door I was warmly welcomed and offered coffee/tea and even champagne!! ???? As I was waiting for my foils to set the ladies brought out a complimentary hand scrub, heated hand towel and moisturiser too! Soooo refreshing, smelt like the sweetest grape fruit! I highly recommend Cut Your Losses. Such a treat! Will definitely be coming back.
- Michael Grady-Dent Added July 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Both daughters had their hair coloured, one daughters hair has snapped off completely, both girl's head had been burnt and the other daughter's colour is not what was asked for, and is patchy. When I complained Sandra said it was the Joico reps fault, refused to reimburse the $211 I paid, insulted me and screamed at me to get out of her shop.... very poor customer service. I would never recommend
